Pre-owned Patek Philippe ref 5212A-001. Patek, the master of calibers, has added a new complication to its impressive repertoire – the weekly calendar, which displays the week number just below the appropriate month. The month/week display circles the outer perimeter of the dial, while the day of the week is indicated at the center of the dial, and the date is presented prominently at 3 o’clock. Red-tipped hands indicate the current day of the week and the month on the scales, circling the dial. This design gives the Patek Calatrava a very function-forward aesthetic best described by the brand as the perfect companion for the “modern businessman.” The new caliber Caliber 26‑330 S C J SE is responsible for the innovative weekly calendar. The handsome silvery opaline dial is decorated with blackened gold hour markers and hands and font developed to resemble handwritten letters. This Patek also features a desirable 40mm stainless steel case with an exhibition back and a sophisticated leather strap.
